Ever wanted to go on a cruise, but are unsure? Perhaps you are put off by the prospect of being marooned at sea, or are unsure of what you can actually do on a cruise. Holidays2USA offers a cruise which destinations include New York, Florida and the Bahamas.

During a two week trip, just three days will be spent at sea. An abundance of deck chairs and loungers are on board, so this is a great chance to sunbathe with a drink from the bar. Alternatively you could pass the time being pampered in the spa, or enjoying a Broadway show.

Even if you have visited New York before, you’ll see the Manhattan skyline from a new perspective as you float into the harbour. With a three night stay in a downtown hotel, close to all the famous attractions, you can explore the Big Apple at your own pace. Visit the galleries and museums, shop on 5th Avenue or unwind with a book in Central Park. Included in the holiday is a 48hour hop on/hop off bus excursion, with a range of tours available so you needn’t miss a thing.

Your next destination is Port Canaveral, Florida, where you will disembark and have the day at your leisure. Close to the port you’ll find the Kennedy Space Centre, where you’ll see NASA’s latest projects. You could also relax on Cocoa Beach or take an airboat trip to spot some alligators. There’s also time to visit the world famous Universal Studios, or the spectacular Seaworld. Let your imagination loose as you spend a day inside your favourite movies, and be amazed as you see marine animals up close.

The following day, you’ll be taken to a private island in the Bahamas, owned exclusively by the cruise company. Your desert island dreams will come true as you take time out on Great Stirrup Cay, where the beach is lined with coconut palms and the ocean is clear and shallow. Do a spot of snorkelling, take a kayak out to sea or just stretch out on the sand.

Nassau is the final stop on your exclusive cruise, with a day to enjoy the little city. It was recently heralded for its colonial charm by musician Mike Oldfield, who performed at the London 2012 opening ceremony. The Tubular Bells artist assures that a holiday in Nassau will leave you with a relaxed state of mind, and it’s easy to see why. Spend the day watching the boats on the water front, or cross the bridge to visit Paradise Island resort.

As you can see, a cruise in the USA is much more than a long stay on a boat.  New York, Florida and the Bahamas are all exquisite holiday destinations, and to have the chance to see all three in one holiday is a once in a lifetime experience. Visit Holidays2USA to find out more about summer cruises.
